This immersive retreat-style workshop is designed to guide participants through a transformative creative journey, facilitating an opening of the heart-sense and intuitive awareness. Through discussions and demonstrations, participants will discover innovative ways to allow the inherent qualities, textures, and characteristics of various materials to naturally guide the creative process and take the lead in developing unique compositions.

The Fibre Arts Take Two team worked tirelessly on the video content and all the supporting materials. They have put together a beautiful course with eight modules that I am so proud to be a part of. It has been an amazing experience to work alongside the entire team – they are truly experts in their field. Registration for the first session of Focus and Flow is now closed.
